The company has invested considerably in it's workforce so as to ensure they have all the key core competencies required to deliver the required safety standards to our clients. We are supported in this professionally by one of the leading Health & Safety consultancies in the industry through a retained service provided by Simian Risk.The company is striving to achieve the much converted BS OHSAS 18001:2007 standard.
Health
The health of our workforce is of paramount importance, operatives are regularly health screened given the companies asbestos related activities and we are currently working towards achievement of the occupational health and safety standard BS OHAS 18001:2007 which has been designed to work along side the ISO 9001 ( Quality ) standard which the company currently operates. The 18001 standard will provide Xpress Scaffold Systems with a flexible framework to allow us to constantly identify and manage it's health and safety risks, reducing potential for accidents.
Enviroment
Xpress Scaffold Systems have just been awarded ISO 14001 the international recognised standard for environmental management systems. The system ensures that our organisation has control over environmental issues on which we can be expected to have an influence. ISO 14001 is designed so as to address the delicate balance between maintaining our profitability and reducing our environmental impact. With this in mind the company only uses materials from fully sustainable sources which can be fully certified as such. With the commitment of our people we can ensure that we achieve both of our objectives.
Quality
Xpress Scaffold Systems has been accredited to the BS EN ISO 9001 standard for a number of years through assessment by Certified Quality Systems. ISO 9001 is by far the worlds most established quality framework currently being used, and sets the standard not only for quality related issues but management systems in general. Through our continual monitoring of customer satisfaction surveys we are able to motivate our staff with continual improvement in mind. The integration of the above standard along with our continuous rigid training programmes and quality of materials mean that we are able to offer a fully integrated quality service.
