We would like to pass on our appreciation to both your staff and scaffolders employed on the HMP Drake Hall re-roofing project, not only have you completed on time and within budget some very complicated temporary roofing works, you have enabled Wates Construction along with the efforts of our other sub-contractors to win a further contract worth circa 500k. The temporary roofing works to the three barrel vaults and the lower level buildings has enabled us to achieve the above and has been carried out professionally in a very demanding prison environment over the last ten months.

We are writing to thank you and your team for your valued contribution during our recent cement kiln repair. As you are aware this was the plants first major shutdown since commissioning and quite a steep learning curve for us all. In particular we would like to congratulate your team for working safely whilst carrying out their tasks, with no incidents recorded. It is obviously very important to us that all your employees return home safely after each working day.

The scaffolding was a major contributor in us winning the monthly site safety award at the CTU project these awards continue to acknowledge the high standards of SHE management delivered on these sites, congratulations to the teams involved. Many thanks for continuing to support this scheme and our collective efforts to raise SHE standards on Moss sites.
